Description

Inquiry-based learning is a student-centered and teacher-guided instruction approach. It empowers students to become critical thinkers. It increases students’ ability to develop a deep understanding of content while increasing students’ intellectual engagement.

Students start by brainstorming endangered animals and why they would like to research those animals. Then, students pose questions about their endangered animals. Students go through the research process by finding sources and information about the
endangered animal they choose to write about. Students will become more invested in their learning when they have more control over what they will research.

This endangered animal research project contains all of the resources needed for students to write a research and persuasive essay.
