What educators are saying

I used this for morning meeting with my class during Hispanic Heritage month. They loved learning about a new person each day.
This is a very helpful resource to use for the beginning of the school year because it is also Hispanic Heritage Month while everything is getting settled. Great resource.

Description

Hispanic Heritage Month Teaching Slides

This unit is what I wish I learned about as a Mexican-American kid to feel represented. Make a difference for this generation, and help your students learn about the contributions Hispanics have made to better our culture, quality of life, appreciation for the arts, politics, and travel.  Even if you’re distance learning, you can still teach tolerance and embrace multiculturalism by using these Google teaching slides during Hispanic Heritage Month. Share the important impacts of several Hispanic leaders in less than ten minutes a day!

These ready to go teaching slides feature kid-friendly biographies and video clips for over 20 Latino and Latina leaders.  Great instructional tool for in-person and distance learning!
