What educators are saying

The kids love using these and it is a great way for them to learn and use many skills without realizing it!
Love how there is a black and white and color option. I break the centers up to use for independent activities with my learners.

    Description

Important Note: I'm currently working on this growing bundle with a goal to finish it by Summer 2024. Thank you for your trust and patience!

Are you looking for more hands-on reading activities for your students? These activities use plastic links, dough, magnetic letters, clothespins, or just fingers to practice essential reading skills that you're working on in your classroom.

    What are Hands-On Literacy Centers?

Hands-on literacy centers for kindergarten are interactive learning activities designed to enhance various aspects of literacy skills in young learners. The goal of these centers is to engage students in meaningful and enjoyable experiences that promote reading development.

Research on the science of reading tells us that one important component of phonics instruction is a hands-on approach. Hands-on activities provide motivational and tactile learning experiences that can be beneficial to students under the direction and supervision of their teacher.
