These 11 exit slips are general enough for integration into any lesson or subject area, and are perfect for occasional or daily use in your classroom.

--11 Growth Mindset Exit Slips (11 pages of exit slips with multiple copies of the same exit slip per page.

--Three pages of "daily wrap-ups." These are the exit slip questions, but on worksheets that are designed to resemble a warm-up packet. While students should be reflecting daily on what they are learning, it isn't always necessary for the teacher to read their comments each day. I added this if you want reflection without having to collect the exit slip every day. This format also allows students to choose which question to answer that day. They have 11 days worth of wrap-ups, so they can even choose not to answer one of the questions in the two weeks of school they have the worksheets.
