Grade 2 Mathematics Proficiency Assessment Tool

This tool is designed to get a feel for what students have managed to retain with respect to the mathematics that you have taught in Grade 2. I use this tool with each of my students in the last few months of the year. Not only does it provide me with valuable information about their ability to retain what I have taught throughout the year, but it provides me with information to share in the final report card.
