Description

This resource includes an End of the Year Memory Book activity and engaging self-reflection writing prompts. The digital activities can be implemented in a variety of ways and includes easy-to-use memory book templates in Google Slides. This resource is designed for secondary English students.

The high-interest 30 digital activities will keep your students engaged and productive – even at the end of the school year! There's also an optional grading rubric to help you assess the students' memory book once it is completed.

A few sample implementation uses for the digital activities are listed below:

  • Allow students to select their preferred 20 of the 30 activities and create an end-of-the-year memory eBook using Google Slides (Grading Rubric Included)
  • Use the activities for high-interest bell ringers
  • Assign activities as an end of the year project for your students to work on independently
  • Implement activities on testing days or as the year (and their interest) begins to dwindle!
  • Use the fun activities for a substitute’s lesson. Due to the high-interest nature of the topics and the implementation of technology, students are more likely to stay engaged and productive!
