Elementary and Junior High Educational Gymnastics Unit Plan - Physical Education

Introducing the Gymnastics and Ninja Skills Unit Plan! Designed for all skill levels, this comprehensive program combines the grace of gymnastics with the agility of ninja training. Students will master rotations, inversions, and balances in a safe and supportive environment.

The unit plan emphasizes teamwork, fostering a collaborative spirit while seamlessly integrating gymnastic skills into thrilling ninja lessons (2 lessons at the end of the unit). Incorporated into the unit plan is self assessment, group assessment and routine rubrics.

This unit plan consists of 6 focused gymnastic lessons and 2 ninja school thematic lessons.
