The fifth of the CÉLÉBRONS series of original French short stories, this one-page story for intermediate learners (at 2 different levels of difficulty!) allows them to connect to the characters who are experiencing growing pains in their friendship. GOOGLE SLIDES ACTIVITY - Opinion Choice Board:

A link to the Google Slides activity is provided in this product, and it allows the buyer to make their own copy of both the standard size version and an 11 x 17 size for printing as a poster. The goal of this activity is to give students the opportunity to vote/choose on the course of action the main character should take.

Options for implementation of this activity are provided in this product and include suggestions for:

• a whole-class speaking activity
• a synchronous & asynchronous writing activity
• printing the chosen frame/slide, posting it and physically affixing sticky notes to it

3 frames provided across 3 Google Slides, and are differentiated as follows:

Frame 1 - Title, instructions, and questions in French.

Frame 2 - Title and instructions in French. Questions in French and English.

Frame 3 - Instructions and questions in English. Title in French.

It is important for teachers to decide which frame(s) to send/give to students, based on the students' needs and proficiency level.
