Description
This is an editable transportation list for teachers to use to stay organized and make sure students get home safely. I upload this file to Google and have it in an editable Google Docs form. Before the school year starts me and the teacher I partner with for dismissal fill in student names. Each teacher can use a different text color or font to help know which child is in each class. I also print an extra copy of this list every time I have a substitute, Easy to update on the spot and during the school day. We all know how student's buses unexpectedly change.
Print the list off, put it in a sheet protector, and place on a clip board. Use a dry erase marker to help keep track of which buses you have put students on and make any notes. This resource has helped me over the years avoid transportation problems and ensure that students make it home on time.
