Authors We Love
I designed these 28 cards, because I was tired of using my old ones made out of construction paper. I use the cards to introduce a new author to my class. I included the author's website, my students love to go to the websites. I also use the websites for Daily 5 activities. I included the author's genre to help my students learn what type of genre they write. Each card also contains two or three pictures of the author's famous books and titles. When we complete the author study, then we place the card in a pocket chart. I display them all year and use them for reference. This is C-Scope alligned.
Each card includes:

*Pictures of Book Covers
