How good are you at keeping track of your students’ tuition payments? How about their attendance? I’ve tried a few different methods for keeping track and this fill-able excel spreadsheet has by far been the best method, making my life easier and saving me endless hours of record keeping!

This template is great for schools that record income on a weekly basis, and daycares that have children enrolled for varying schedules. The spreadsheet allows you to enter the number of hours each child is present per day, and record the weekly tuition payment. This is a fully editable form and you can change the names of the categories according to your childcare business needs.
