These cards each take up a full-sized page for each letter. Blocks on the mats are probably a little bit larger than most pattern blocks, but students can use the mat like an instruction guide about how to build and recreate the letters. It's great practice to try to copy what they see.
Detailed directions and my tried and true teaching tips are included to help you make this a successful whole class or independent station work activity. Fun pictures to go along with each letter, make these cards a winning combination. Enjoy!
