Description

This acrylic painting lesson is a great way to teach students basic color mixing and blending in acrylic paint. Blending in acrylic paint is difficult for students to learn and this is by far the easiest and most fun and most successful lesson I've found.

Lesson Includes:

6 Page Lesson Plan with National Standards for Visual Arts and Common Core Standards for English Language Arts; Big idea, Essential questions, Objectives, Instructional Materials, Supplies, and detailed process. Also included are Resource links, vocabulary, and rubric. All editable.
